Terms of Service

Skryrún is operated by Hijack Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Skryrún you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Skryrún, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be 13 or older to use Skryrún.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Use a strong password and keep it secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at legal@skryrun.com immediately.

Your Content

You own the content you create in Skryrún. We don’t claim ownership of your worlds, articles, or creative work.

By using Skryrún, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or publish. Do not upload content you don’t own or have rights to.

Community Content

When you publish content to the Skryrún Community Library (blocks, adversaries, or worlds), you:

• Certify that you created the content or have rights to publish it
• Grant other Skryrún users a license to use and adapt the content for their personal campaigns
• Grant us a license to host, display, and promote the content on the platform

Community content you publish remains yours. You can unpublish it at any time. Users who have already forked or installed your content keep their copies.

Premium Content and Payments

Paid subscriptions (Scribe and Loremaster) are billed monthly. You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you sell content through the Skryrún Premium Marketplace, you receive 70% of revenue. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Refunds are handled case by case. Contact legal@skryrun.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was an error.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Skryrún to:

• Upload or publish content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt to access accounts or data that isn’t yours
• Use the service in ways that could damage or overload our infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits or bans

Intellectual Property

The Skryrún name, logo, and interface are owned by Hijack Enterprises LLC. You may not use them without our permission.

The community content published by users belongs to those users, not to us.

DMCA and Copyright

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on Skryrún infringes your copyright, see our DMCA policy.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, you will lose access to the service but retain ownership of your content — we will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.

You may close your account at any time in account settings. We will delete your personal data within 30 days.

Disclaimers

Skryrún is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost data, lost revenue, or other damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
