Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of copyright infringement, your written notice must include:

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the platform
  4. Your contact information (address, phone number, and email address)

Counter-Notification

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district

Repeat Infringers

Skryrún will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
